The noise from the air conditioning and utilities above was unbearable!!! It's frustrating to find the lights in the room only work with a key card. Consider offering more complementary options. It can feel overly commercialized!!!

The staff are extremely polite and really care about the guests. The venue met the purpose and I will be back.

The hotel of choice in Lake Placid. Absolutely amazing venue, great restaurant and absolutely excellent staff. Unbeatable location when traveling to Lake Placid. Thoroughly enjoyed pretty nice area. Exceptionally comfortable beds and a safe, TV, and a microwave. The views over mountain.

I loved how close this place was to Mirror Lake, just a short stroll away, and the nearby Lake Placid Winter Olympic Museum, a fascinating visit. The spacious room.

The mountain view from our room was fine. The quadruple room with two queen beds was spacious and comfortable, accommodating our family with ease.

We went to the restaurant for dinner, but none of the items that were on the website were available.

The indoor pool was perfect for some downtime, while the restaurant served us delicious meals that we couldn't get enough of! The only downside was how generic everything felt, but overall, it was solid

The spacious room boasted a comfortable bed and a clean, modern bathroom with excellent water pressure. Dining was a highlight, with delicious vegetarian options at the restaurant, and the fire pits provided a cozy atmosphere in the evenings. The hotel's location was peaceful yet conveniently close to local amenities. Some noise from neighboring rooms was noticeable at times, and the parking situation could be improved.

The spicy chicken wings at the restaurant were like a flavor explosion in my mouth, making my taste buds dance with joy. It was as if each bite was a mini fireworks show of deliciousness, leaving me craving more until the very last bite.

I was surprised that coffee wasn't complimentary in the lobby, typically expected. A few minor adjustments would enhance the stay even more.

After a previous visit to lake placid, i was impressed by the modern rooms and fine mountain views here. The staff was super friendly and the breakfast spread was delicious, with fresh pastries and local fruits.
